Cesar is a public speaker certified in mindfulness by Rice University. Mentored by Rebecca Armstrong, a storyteller and friend of Joseph Campbell, and shaped by teachings from Sri Lankan and Tibetan Buddhist monks, Cesar weaves timeless wisdom and personal insights to inspire resilience, inclusion, and meaningful connection in every audience.

Foster is a poet, postpartum doula, award-winning filmmaker, and mom of two whose work centers on transformation and authentic expression. Her poetry explores identity, motherhood, and the human experience with a soulful, cinematic perspective. As a postpartum doula, Foster supports parents through transitions with healing, nourishment and compassionate care.
